how to configure editor permissions on feature services

Hello everyone,

Where can I find these options to configure editor permission  on feature  services?

Is it done in ArcGIS Server or AGOL? 

Do I need a specific version of ArcGIS Server?

• What kind of editing is allowed?

Add, update, and delete featuresOnly update feature attributesOnly add new features

• What features can editors see?

Editors can see all featuresEditors can only see their own features (requires tracking)Editors can't see any features, even those they add

• What features can editors edit?

Editors can edit all featuresEditors can only edit their own features (requires tracking)

• What access do anonymous editors (not signed in) have?

The same as signed in editorsOnly add new features, if allowed above (requires tracking)

Thanks Robert,

I use feature layers linked to local SDE feature services in my WBA, not feature hosted layers, this is why I was not able to see this options.
