Hi,
I'm using ArcGIS Online basemap to include GIS maps on its website, but now I want to design according to their own GIS map
eg creating 1 shape file, 1 layer, how to use editor, snapping, fill up one particular location
I had to learn some online tutorials are all available using the shape is almost unknown to use ArcMap.
