In a web map, I'd like to be able to limit the features that are displayed, but for a network dataset.
Specifically, the functionality I'm looking for is "display filters" (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/display-filters.htm) but for network datasets.
I'm trying to do exactly this: Filtering traffic at different scale ranges
Is there a way to do this in ArcGIS Pro?
