Network Data creating problem

Hello,

I have created a road data set manually. Now I want to create a network dataset with it. I have tried so many times by creating Network Dataset through Catalog. But in ArcMap routing is not solving. Even Direction is also not working when creating the Network Dataset. Can any body help me what I have to do. I am attaching my sample Network data. I am new at Network Analyst, so a elaborated answer will really help me.
