Network Analyst : Navteq restricted turns

Hello,

In Navteq datas, there is a table "rdms" with restricted turns. Do you know how we can integrate it in a Network Dataset ?

I have try lot of things and the function "Turn table to Turn feature class" looks like appropriate but it accepts only in entry ArcView 3.x turn table or ArcInfo Workstation coverage.

Hi

ESRI has released a set of geoprocessing tools for raw Navteq Navstreets data processing to a routable ArcGIS Network dataset. The tool is available for download here.

ArcGIS 10 is required, though.
