Network Analysis - Service area with priorities of facilities

I use the ArcGIS 9.3.
Is it possible to set the priorities of facilities to adjust the service area when those areas are overlapped ?

for instance, facility A =1 (priority) & facility B = 2(priority)
if these 2 service area are overlapped, I want to keep the whole service area of facility A as well as the service area of facility B without overlapped part of service area w/A?

The service area solver does not have such an option.

You could use the GP overlay tools such as erase or intersect get the desired polygons after computing the service area.
