When we work on the Service Area concept in the network analyst, is it possible to generate polygon outputs so that the impedance considered is a function of Distance or Time? for example:- is it possible to have a customized impedance which will include a coversion of the 'distance' or 'time' into a new unit say 'speed' and reflect the output polygons as Service areas of defined speed ranges?
for example, if the service areas around a Facility are reflected as concentric polygons based on cost unit of distance, the same gets updated into a customized unit known as 'acceleration' and this is reflected as concentric polygons.
