I've created drive time zones easily in relatively inexpensive versions of Microsoft Mapping programs and cannot figure out how to create one in an ArcGIS based program. I've looked through Arc Toolbox and wondering if I there is a particular extension that is also needed. My situation is for a garbage transportation company where a decision would be made around multiple disposal locations. Thank you.

Thanks Dan. Looks like having the Network Analyst extension is exactly what's needed.

Thanks Blake. I don't have an online account, just the desktop version. I'll have to get the extension.
