Custom Traffic Provider

I notice the custom traffic provider as mentioned in http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=e11126ea20e941bd9644046e62e2bdbe only applicable for Windows environment since it's DLL.
Does anyone have a solution for Linux Environment as I need to publish it in ArcGIS Server running on Linux ?
