Installed version: ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1

We have registered several monitoring services for a component type which is a Windows host.

Five of these monitoring services are: type = Storage, sub type = disk

Four of these services are functioning as expected providing and recording data. The 5th displays "No Data available"

We have checked the address is correct (server.domain\drive) - this matches for all the registered components.

We have tried re-adding the non functioning component with no success.

The Log message from Observers\Metrics\Logs is showing as below (server names redacted)

We have looked at the following documentation and believe what we are doing is correct:

Register Windows hosts—ArcGIS Monitor | Documentation

We have additionally asked our networks team  to assist us and this was their response:

I have followed the article and all the pre-requisites are currently in place.
Port 5985 is currently listening.
Windows Remote Management service is currently running (Set to run automatically at start up).
Service Account is currently part of Local Group Remote Management Users. This provides access for WMI

The article also points to https://doc.arcgis.com/en/monitor/2023.3/get-started/windows/enable-permissions-for-wmi-cimv2.htm and I can confirm. This configuration is currently in place.

Our assumption was that we could resolve this by re registering just the non responding subcomponent but have been unable to get this to work.

Any ideas for a solution where we will not lose the historical data we have already generated for the other subcomponents by doing a complete reregistering of the machine?

We are obviously uncertain whether that will solve the problem.
