Descriptive names for ArcGIS Monitor Alerts?

I'm working through setting up ArcGIS Monitor 2023, and I have a question about the notifications. The emails come through correctly. However, there's currently no real description beyond the Status to help me understand how urgently I need to address the item. The Name field looks like it should serve that purpose, but I haven't found a way to set that. Is there an easy way to set a descriptive name?
