As an organisation, we're relying on ArcGIS Monitor for system performance and infrastructure monitoring. One thing we're hoping to see in future releases is for Monitor to be able to include deep usage analysis, specifically for Experience Builder applications.

We need greater visibility of how end-users interact with our key deployed experiences. Ideally we'd like to see features that focus on user engagement and behavioural statistics within these applications, specifically:

- Experience specific engagement: Track reoccurring visits, session durations, and retention rates.

- User Cohort Segmentation: Identify which user types, roles, or departments are interacting with specific experiences.

- Feature Interaction Mapping: Monitor how users navigate within an experience, including which widgets, pages, or views are most heavily utilised.

If anyone has any comments, questions, or additional ideas on how we can expand this feature, please let me know below.

Thanks,
Andrew
