Show more than 10 items per page by default

There should be an option where you could set how many items are shown per page by default.
10 Items per page are too less and it’s ultra annoying to change this value every single time.
Moreover, there should be an option to show all items and not just 100.
Come on ESRI! This is an Enterprise GIS and not the GIS of Uncle Bobby who does GIS for his hobby and has three itmes. We have several hundred items and this is really painfull.
