Add Feature Layer through the inspector

Hello, I'm trying to add layers through the inspector, but it is not working. Also, even the ones that come as sample scene does not work. Besides, I followed the instructions in the documentation for the addition of layers and the setting up of the plugin, and it still does not work, is there a configuration that might not be in the documentation?
