I have a Mosaic dataset of jpegs stored in a geodatabase that will be used online as a basemap. I can open it up just fine in Pro and zoom in. When I go to publish it as a Tiled Layer Type, it uploads fine, but when viewing it, I cannot zoom in as very far (4,514 Street is the furthest I can go).
I have tried multiple different ways to fix the problem:
1. When sharing, I have increased the Level of Detail all the way.
2. I have Cache automatically on the sever and manually on the server.
3. Online, I have gone into the settings and changed the visibility setting, only to have them changed back when zooming in.
The only think I haven't done is build the tiles.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my image to zoom in further?
Thanks.
Hi Chris,
In ArcGIS Online, is the tiled layer added as a layer to the map viewer or as the basemap?
