Changes in Mapping and Charting in versions 10.2.2 and/or 10.3

Hello all, an open question.

we are on ArcGIS 10.1sp1 and are looking to upgrade to either 10.2.2 or 10.3.

Were there any changes to the "PLTS" / "Production Mapping" / "Mapping and Charting" components that we should be aware of in moving to either one of these versions?
