Unable to change my location platform e-mail address.

I have a ArcGIS Developers account essential plan and it has been already converted to ArcGIS location platform account.

I tried to change my e-mail address in ArcGIS location platform like the previous ArcGIS Developers' way, but the web page transitions to  ArcGIS Online organization site.

Then, I tried to change my e-mail address in ArcGIS Online.
Click Organization > members > edit email address and I filled in my new e-mail address.
The message "Email updated successfully" was displayed, but it was not changed.
After clearing the cache of the browser, this result didn't change.

Does anyone faces the same issue?

I know that it is the easy workaround to make a new ArcGIS location platform account, but  I would like to use use the current my account...

To resolve the email update issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Verify Member Email Address: In the Settings tab on the ArcGIS Portal page, scroll down to confirm that your member email address is verified under the Email verification section.

  2. Log Out and Back In: After clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, sign out and then sign back in to refresh your session.

  3. Confirm Account Notifications: Check your email and notifications for any ArcGIS confirmation request regarding the email change.
