Firstly, thanks for creating the zone lookup app.
It is an awesome solution 😀
I made this simple zone lookup app to keep track of our bin collection days - https://arcgis.com/apps/instant/lookup/index.html?appid=905ff0dcafbf472fa40f8b9eef05b84a
But something I noticed was that the introduction window disappears from mobile after clearing the search location. This is not the behaviour on desktop.

Another thing I was wondering was - whether it is possible to zoom and pan the map to the home extent after clearing the search location.
And finally, is it also possible to remove the “Close” button under the introduction window on mobile views.
