Has anyone encountered issues with the Sidebar Instant app template where none of the Information Tools are functioning? For instance, features like Legend, Layer List, and editing do not work. I've already tried restarting my computer and clearing my cache, but the problem persists. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
That's really interesting - as Kelly mentioned above, it sounds like it is related to a specific layer. It may be worth systematically removing layers from your map until the issue stops occurring so that you can identify the problematic layer.
Where are the layers in your web map coming from/how were they published?
As Kelly said, it would be worth raising with Technical Support to see if they can look into the problematic layer.
