In the attribute table, clicking the ellipses and selecting 'Export to CSV', nothing happens. No download is started and no matter how many times it is clicked, a download does not occur.
Is this a bug? Other instant apps allow you to download a .csv file, however, I believe the 'Export to CSV' function in Sidebar instant app is broken.
Using Enterprise Portal for ArcGIS 11.5.0 (Build 56755).
Can you please check if you are allowed to export at the feature service level?

Export was not enabled since I am not wanting to export a layout (PDF, JPG, PNG). I want to export a csv of the table via the table.
When I enabled 'Export' it still did not work.
No, it is not broken, just kindly turn off Express Mode to access the full configuration settings. ArcGIS Instant Apps uses Express Mode by default, which provides a step-by-step guided configuration and is primarily designed for rapid app creation.
In the configuration settings, enable Layer List and Show Table. Once enabled, you can easily open the table and export it to a CSV file, as shown below. I hope this helps a bit.
Best,
Faiez
Express mode was already turned off, and I tried in both Edge and Chrome. Nothing happens.
I also tried with a creator > admin privileges and also viewer, data editor privileges. In the hosted feature layer settings, I have these enabled:
When I click export to CSV, a single point briefly gets highlighted in yellow, but no downloads start.

Best,
Yes, I understand how Enterprise works, I am using 11.5.0 (Build 56755) (i.e., the latest version before 12.0, which ESRI only advises to upgrade if absolutely necessary). Our organization is waiting for 12.1 since ESRI recommends that it will be a more stable version.
I would have assumed that Export to CSV would have been addressed in 11.5, but I guess not.
I knew you already knew it, no doubt at all. I just believe people learn best by sharing thoughts and ideas. It looks like the full screenshot wasn’t shared, is not it?😊
Just sharing the below screenshot in case it helps, there’s some useful information about ArcGIS Instant Apps and the Template Capabilities Matrix with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.
I'm also sharing a very helpful link about Instant Apps, highlighting the Sidebar template updates introduced in June 2022 ArcGIS Online release, very useful for anyone exploring ArcGIS Instant Apps.
Good luck and have a nice time.
Thanks for the sidebars screenshots.
