HTTPS error in sidebar app

Our organization has our city Logo URL preset. Anytime I create a new Sidebar Instant app I get the following error. "Please enter a valid item url and is HTTPS only".

To fix it, I cut and paste the prepopulated URL text and the error clears. It appears to be an error in however the warning is configured.
