Citizen Problem Manager Template - Sort on Field Not Working Anymore

I'm using the latest version of the Citizen Problem Manager (Manager Instant App) and I'm sorting our reports from the public (Requests hosted feature layer) on the creation_date (actually on the alias that we call Submitted On).  This was working until recently.  The table is sorted in the web map, called Citizen Problem Manager.  The descending setting is also set in the instant app configuration.  But now it is not working - that field is displaying as ascending so that it has to be manually sorted by our users.  I'm not sure what changed...

Hi @Dawn_Scott

Thanks for reaching out about the Manager app. I went to try and reproduce this on my end and can see what you are saying in my app where the Manager app is not picking up the table sorting from the web map(map viewer setting). I was able to get my table to be sorted correctly/as desired when I used the Manager table visibility setting to sort my table on specific field. It sounds like you tried this above, but can you confirm that when using the table visibility settings in the configuration the table is still not sorting as expected?

Hi Sara!  Thanks for getting back to me.  Here is my visibility setting:

However, even when I publish this again, the date sorts in ascending order, not descending.  This sort did work several weeks ago.  I don't think anything changed here.  Is there somewhere else that this also needs to be set?

FYI, Submitted On is a date field alias.  The original field name is created_date.
