Calculating Field in Insant Apps

Hi!

I am trying to create an Instant App with value-ranked data. The value rank of each feature is calculated by 5 different fields that are multiplied together to create a sixth field called (Value Rank).

My idea is to be able to change the numbers in each column that are used for the calculation, so that in the app you are able to put more or less value on each field and see how the overall value rank changes. This is very simple in ArcGIS Pro using Calculate Field,  but I haven't found a way to do it in Instant Apps. Would it be something to do with forms? Forgive me, I'm new to using ArcGIS Online but a long-time user of ArcGIS Pro.
