Asking conditional questions in geoforms

Does Geoforms allow you to ask conditional questions?  What I mean is if I ask do you have a favorite color and your answer is yes, then another question would open up and ask you what is your favorite color but if you answered no then nothing would happen.  Thank you in advance.

No, this functionality is not available in the GeoForm template.

You may want to take a look at Survey123 for ArcGIS, which supports conditional statements via smart forms.
