It would be great if I could use a URL parameters with the Public Notification Instant App. I would like pass along a feature id (like a parcel identifier) and buffer distance to open the app with the feature selected, buffered, and the intersecting features from my input layer selected.
A vast majority of our users are doing the same repetitive task buffering a parcel by a fixed distance to find the abutting land owners. I would like to be able to streamline the process by launching the Public Notification app from our primary GIS application, passing along the selected parcel id and appropriate buffer distance.
