Scroll with mouse to zoom in and out on images in attachement viewer

I made an instant app with attachement viewer for users to see the details from geotagged images in road projects when controlling the data submitted.

I would like added functionality in the attachement viewer for using the mouse scroll button to zoom in and out on the attachement/image in addition to the scroll bar at the bottom of the attachement/image.
