Portfolio: set different defaults for mobile users

I have the map set for the way I want on desktop. I have the tab strip set to show thumbnails and the legend open by default. However, that looks a little cluttered on mobile, where I think it'd be fine to just go with the tab titles and collapse the legend.

Thanks for reaching out about Portfolio. This should be improved in Portfolio on mobile now. Please let me know if there are still additional features that could be improved for the Portfolio mobile experience.
