ArcGIS Instant Apps should include the ability to toggle on the attribute table that shows the attributes of the layers, with the ability to filter. This would be a great addition to the the basic instant app.
The Media and Sidebar Instant apps have the ability to add a show table option to the layer list this table will work with the filter if it has been defined. Here's an example with Media.
