Allow Hiding Time from Date Time Field in Table

It would be great to have the option to exclude/hide the time from the date field in the table. This is an issue that is also present in Experience Builder tables. The tables do not reflect the field configuration in Map Viewer.

For example, even if only the date matters, the time will show up. 9/25/2023 12:00 AM instead of just 9/25/2023. This would be a very helpful functionality to make it easier for people to use these apps.

If the show time setting is disabled in the web map, we will honor that settings in the attribute tables that open in any of the Instant Apps templates.
