Adding useful excel files to an Insights Workbook and creating useful cards is wonderful. The problem I am having is sharing the workbook once created. It would be nice if the Insights Workbook Sharing in Portal worked just as the Web Mapping Application sharing works. When one chooses to share a Web Mapping Application and items within do not have the same Sharing Rules, a message pops up to alert you and allows you to update all the Web App referenced layers and content to the same Sharing level as the Web App.
It would be lovely if the Insight Workbook sharing did the same.
