Hi,

I am attempting to export an ArcGIS Indoors project from Pro to Mobile. I have successfully exported this project from Pro to Online. However, when I attempt to package it for mobile use, I receive this error: "The feature class already exists."

For different Indoors projects, the package was successful. I am unsure how to resolve this issue?

Thank you

Hi Gaurav,

Thank you for the help. I updated my Pro to 3.4 and was able to almost have a completely successful package. Everything was packaged aside from my Units layer. I'm going to try and troubleshoot this last error

Hello @JaceBrown, if possible, pls share a screenshot of the Contents pane (to be able to see the layers) with the data source tab active and the version of ArcGIS Pro you are using.

From a quick look-up it seems that this is error occurs very rarely. Does the error code match?

Hello,

Thank you for the help. Here is the Contents pane showing the data source. The other layers below are all CAD files. Yes, that is the error code I receive and I am using version 3.2.

Hello @JaceBrown, you have many additional layers in the Contents pane due to which packaging the mobile map may not be working. I have attached a screenshot of what should ideally look like when creating a mobile map. Depending on your use case, you can have additional layers, as needed.

We make several indoor map templates available to help you get started. Refer this link for more details. Once downloaded, check the Map Templates folder.
