Image Server needs the ability to have out of the box widgets in app creation tools like Experience builder/Web App Builder. At least one that creates a graph through the layers at a selected point. Being able to do this would open this rich source of data to the general user. Rather than via ArcGIS Pro users and java script programmers. We are currently publishing weather data with image server and would like to exploit it further as we can with vector data on Enterprise.
