Manage Map Server Cache Tiles - Scale Order

Dear Esri,

Can you edit the tool below so that the scales are listed in ascending order. One of the recent updates must of changed this, but ArcGIS Pro use to list scales in an ordered list from smallest to biggest. This was useful when creating cached services manually. Please see my screenshot for details.
