Issue using HuggingFace model to classify pixels

Hello, when trying to use the HF Pixel Classification pre-trained model from the Living Atlas, I encounter the following error message, seemingly regardless of the huggingface model id I provide.

It seems to be an encoding issue of some kind. I'm running ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 on Windows 11. Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated!
