We created a Hub site a few months ago, and recently realized that using the “sign in” button results in “invalid client_ID Error: 400.” Upon further investigation, we realized that while the Hub site has a client_ID and attempts to use it, the client_ID does not appear to be registered. The site is not authenticated and is not showing up in ArcGIS developer while our other sites do.
Is there a way to re-register the site without having to create a new one?
@julianasw A bit of a necro but were you able to resolve the issue? I've got a hubsite doing the same thing.
Unfortunately not. We filed a ticket with ESRI and they created a bug for it (BUG-000165697). We cloned the site and that has been working since without reintroducing the issue.
