We have a HUB Premium site -- how do we email all the members (close to 100) of that site as a group, in a bulk email?

These are not followers, but members with logins.

Thank you!

Martha

Hi @MarthaRodgers –

Thanks for your question. I'm glad to help! To clarify, by "members" ... do you mean the members of your community organization? Or the followers to a specific Hub site?

Also, I'll clarify followers. Followers of a Hub site must have an ArcGIS Online account. They can be from your primary organization, community organization, or any other organization. So when you look at the people who have followed a site, depending on your site's audience, and are now in the site's followers group, you might see a mixture of people from different organizations.

@JustinPrather thank you for your reply!

First let me say, that I'm confused about how HUB Premium works, so excuse me if I don't explain this well.

If I log into my organization AGOL account I have 2 members.  This is where we built our HUB Premium site. This is also where we built out the surveys & maps that our new HUB Premium members access.

If I then log into the HUB Premium AGOL account (which is separate but somehow connected) I now see all of the members who we have added via a backend automated process after they ask to be added.  (there are actually 62 members as of today)

So these people aren't followers.  (I don't see them on the Community followers list).  They do each have a login (but they all belong to my HUB Premium site and are listed there)

Does that make sense?  Did we set this up correctly?  I also wonder why the HUB Premium site has 10,000 ArcGIS Online credits, when none of the data is stored there.

OK, so now, back to my original question.  I'd like to notify all of these people anytime we have an update to a survey they access, but I can't figure out how to do that.

Thanks!

Martha
