I have a table that was uploaded and hosted on ArcGiGIS Online and then shared with our beta open data site. I have since deleted the table from ArcGIS Online but it still appears under the open data manager as a download cache option. I have tried updating the index as well as resetting the data. When I do this for either option I get "Process started...We have begun updating..." window. Do I need to be logged into the open data site for it to completely update/reset? I've tried on multiple occasions and I've let it run for about 3 hours before I stop the process and hit the Close button on the pop-up window.
