Starting yesterday morning (before the wider Hub outage) we started noticing an issue when users try to download data from our public facing Hub site, they receive a Download Failed error. I've tried a few other public facing Hub sites and also noticed the issue. It seems to happen more often when the request to generate a new file option is used. It happens with the CSV, shp, and geojson downloads and is happening with both spatial and non-spatial data. It usually happens but once in a while the data downloads successfully, which is a little frustrating. We can successfully download the data from the option in the item page in AGOL with no issue. I've submitted an Esri case (03964000) but am curious if others have noticed this issue?
