I have uploaded a shapefile from a CSV into Arc Online. I intend to integrate this map into a HUB that I'm developing for my organization. Within the mapping application, I customized the popup point image to display medals. However, when I try to view the map within the HUB, the custom images I set for the points do not appear.
During my troubleshooting process, I discovered that the HUB might not support the display of custom images for points and only renders using the default symbology. Strangely, even though I have two copies of the same feature layer—one with a customized point image and the other using the default symbology—only the version with default symbology is visible within the HUB.
I'm wondering if there's a way to work around this limitation, if possible. Is this a known issue, or could it potentially be a bug?
