linear regression model ollowed by the inverse distance weighted (IDW) spatial interpolation technique of the residuals

need your help guys,I want to build map prepared using a linear regression model of concentration  data followed by the inverse distance weighted (IDW) spatial interpolation technique of the residuals produced from the model.

if any one have any idea how to do it ,Please inform me.

What type of regression.... and there are lots of interpolators and here...  ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro are similar in this regard, so search within the help for your platform (Pro shown)
