Using Geostat Wizard in 9.3, attempting to do cokriging and I make it to Step 2, where it tries to do semivariogram. Keeps giving me this error and won't proceed any further. I've tried changing lag size, number of lags, nugget size, sill size up and down to no avail.
Opened my dataset, it looks fine. There are a fair number of zero values, but thats what the data is. Tried other variables, same result. It does kriging ok on the data but won't do the cokriging. I tried opening the datasets in a new blank ArcMap document and same result.
Anyone have any ideas why I am getting this error?
