Hello,

I have Cradlepoint IBR1700 routers in vehicles and I would like to display their locations using the GeoEvent Server. In Cradlepoint NetCloud, I need to add a configuration for GPS Send to Server. I'm confident that I can get this working. I need to specify the GeoEvent Server URL, port number, and server other parameters.

I'm completely new to the GeoEvent Server and don't know where to start or even how to get an overview of using the GeoEvent Server. I think that would add an UDP Input to Receive Text from a UDP Socket. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Chuck,

This has been  open for awhile. Did you get your answers --  If not I would be happy to talk with you about a way to implement this. Currently we support a number of devices with NMEA or NEMA extended stream into our SaaS and then feed to geoEvent or Velocity using a PUSH to a Restful JSON defined Feed point, after that you can build your analytics around the feed.
