Null Pointer Exception when Importing Geofences

I am getting this Null Pointer Exception when importing geofences from a feature layer:

I have imported geofences successfully with much smaller datasets.  The one generating the error has 208 polygons.  The feature service has these attributes when I query from the REST endpoint

All of the features are similar.  I am using ORGANIZATI as the name field for the geofence and verified it is unique across all the records.

The import geofence screen was set up like this:

Can someone advise why the importing of the geofence is failing with this error?
