GeoEvent KML connector set up

I’m trying to set up kml-for-geoevent connector (https://github.com/Esri/kml-for-geoevent) but unfortunately  can’t find the connector's tutorial.

I’m very appreciate to help me to find what transport to choose when creating connector

It will be great if you could share with the sample of style xml file that had to be in  com.esri.geoevent.adapter.kml.styleFolderUrl shared folder and the sample of model too (com.esri.geoevent.adapter.kml.modelUrl)

And the output parameters of connector have a lot of options – may be it is possible to provide me with some basic configuration that should work.
