Set default values in Mobile Project Center

I have a mobile project for tree maintenance.  I would like to set different default values for collecting features vs editing.  Is there a way to accomplish this in mobile project?

Hi,

You can set default values from the database side, for example when you create your featureclass you can state default values, coded domains and ranges.

I don't think you can create default values from the Mobile Project Center, mind you I am still using 10.0.
