Salvage GPS Data / way to read lat longs in a mobile project?

I have two point features on my GPS running ArcMobile 10.0 that i need to get Lat/longs for. 

The problem is that since the checkout, my server crashed and i lost my Mobile project service, so I can't synch my edits.  I still have my project on my Trimble Juno SB and the points, but i have been unsuccessful to date in getting the data off the GPS i need.

I hunted around in the ArcMoble project folders looking for a file that may be storing the points, but i saw nothing familiar/promising.

Does anyone know how to read lat/longs from ArcMobile or how to salvage a project you no longer have a service for?

Hello Nicholas,

Try the MobileCacheTool (10.0) which will export your mobile cache to shapefile format.
For 64 bits User, the code needs to be recompiled with X86 as Target CPU.
