Mobile Install

Do we need to install ArcGIS Mobile on both Server and Desktop, or Just Mobile on Desktop along with Mobile Service on Server?

There are two downloads, are they different, one with Desktop and the other with Server...

ArcGIS Mobile 10 is a single installation whether used with ArcGIS Server or ArcGIS Desktop and is separate from both of these product installations.
