Simple question, hope the answer is simple too...

With ArcGIS for Windows Mobile, can the end user toggle on/off layer display?

In the Mobile Apps, he should (in the right side) se a plus/minus icon and and "arrow". Click this "arrow" and you will se "Layer Visibility" and her you can check the layers on/off.
