Labeling in ArcGIS Mobile

Hi,

I tried to display labels for a layer in ArcGIS Mobile but its not displaying, where as for other layer it is displaying. The only difference I found between the two layers is subtypes, the one for which labels are displayed doesn't have any subtypes and the one which doesn't display labels has 2 subtypes.
I also tried assigning label features to other layer which has subtypes, which ended up with no labels being displayed. So my doubt is will labels displaying get effected for subtypes present in that layer.
Please help me in finding a solution for it.

Hi Vijay,

You are encountering a software defect logged as NIM061212; Labels do not persist in a Mobile Map Cache if there is a subtype field present  in the data. Please contact Esri Support to have your company associated to this NIM. Current workaround is to convert the labels to annotation.
