creating a ddf from a personal geodatabase

Hi, I am trying to create a ddf-- data dictionary-- from a personal geodatabase using Trimble Pathfinder 5.2.
The problem that I am having is that the ddf  is stripping all of the domains from the schema.
Any thoughts? Is there a setting that I am missing? Should I be using shapefiles instead of geodatabase for this?

I think you can get this to work if you use a file gdb not a personal. I think pathfinder office supports only file gdb and sees personal as an access db but its been about a year since I have used terrasync but I did setup all of the domains using a file gdb and it worked. I was also using version 5.40 which is where this is supported. I don't think 5.2 supports file gdb.
